For all people who like windows the first trick :
Hold down Strg - Shift - Alt, then click with the right mouse-button on the tracker. Now there is a new menu point called Windows Decor, here your can choose between some alternate windows decors.
Now you have your BeOS windows looks like microsoft windows. But it goes on, you can also place the tracker at the bottom on your screen.
Put your mouse cursor over the points on the tracker click, holddown and move your cursor to the bottom of your screen if you are at the bottom let the tracker down.
